Policies

Refund Policy: 

Refund requests are accepted within 72 hours from the time the order is received. After this period, refund requests will no longer be eligible.

Customers are allowed to inspect their order in the presence of the courier. If they choose not to accept the package, they may do so at the time of delivery.

Exchange Policy: 

1. Exchanges must be requested within 72 hours from receiving the order.
2. The product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
3. An exchange shipping fee will be charged.

Shipping Policy:

Cairo/Giza/Alexandria: Shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Other cities: Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
