Refund Policy: 

Unfortunately, we don’t accept refunds. However, we do accept exchanges.

Exchange Policy: 

1. Exchanges must be requested within 72 hours from receiving the order.
2. The product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
3. An exchange shipping fee will be charged.

Shipping Policy:

Cairo/Giza/Alexandria: Shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Other cities: Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
